Wichford P.L.C. is a property investment company, registered in the Isle of Man, with a portfolio focused on properties occupied by Central and State Government bodies in both the UK and Continental Europe.

As at 30 September 2008, Wichford owned 79 properties in the UK and Continental Europe (one in France, five in Germany and one in The Netherlands) totalling 341,000 square metres (3.67 million square feet), valued by external valuers at £598 million.
